Tim joined Millbrook in 2019 and is passionate about driving employee wellbeing and continuous improvement.
Tim has a 20+ year HR career spanning multiple sectors for organisations, latterly predominantly surrounding manufacturing, logistics and automotive. Tim graduated with a degree in HR from the University of Glamorgan (now University of South Wales) in 2000. He was also awarded an LL.M in 2006.
Over the past 5 years he has represented companies on short-term contracts to overhaul their HR processes. Tim’s experience of working with organisations with offices across several countries and cultures has built a great level of experience in supporting and developing large, skilled teams.
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Tim has previously represented his local CIPD branch as joint chair of the mentoring scheme and was a branch committee member from 2016 until 2018.
Tim took on the role of HR Director at Millbrook in 2019, where he holds strategic and operational HR responsibility. Tim is passionate about creating high performing workplace environments by encouraging a culture that promotes employee wellbeing, collaboration and continuous improvement.
